WHAT THE DIAGNOSTIC REVIEW COVERS

During the diagnostic review, we assess:

  • How your property and super are currently structured
  • Whether SMSF and property are appropriate in your circumstances
  • Where opportunity, flexibility, or optionality may be constrained
  • What conditions would need to be met before taking any further steps

No recommendations are made unless the structure is appropriate.

ELIGIBILITY NOTICE

This diagnostic review is intended for Australians who generally meet the following criteria:

  • Combined household income of approximately $170k+
  • Combined superannuation balance of approximately $350k+
  • Preference for couples, with individuals considered where appropriate
  • Openness to long-term strategy and structural optimisation

If this review is not appropriate at this time, we will outline what would need to change for it to become viable in the future.
